Ryan Orme’s primary media are drawing, painting and sculpture. His work explores the relationship between our internal and external landscapes, and the role geographies play in shaping who we are.
Ryan Orme (b.1986 in Bournemouth, UK) lives and works in London. He received his BA in Fine Art from the University of West England, Bristol and his MFA Sculpture from The Slade, London. Recent solo and group exhibitions include Rise and Fall, Platform Arts, Belfast; Teaser, Royal College Project Space, London; let me know before you arrive, Warbling Collective, London; and Bad Behaviour, Brixton East, London. In 2019 he held the AVA Residency at HKBU, Hong Kong.
