Commission for National Museum of Wales, Cardiff as part of the Artist-Object Project, 2009 Blue Babylonica, is a wallpaper design, developed from the famous and familiar ‘Swansea Willow (Longbridge)’ pattern and other imagery relating to the Welsh Potteries. The wallpaper celebrates the rich history and legacy of the pottery industry in Wales, which has long since demised.
