Ki Yoong acquired by the Government Art Collection, UK

Workplace is delighted to announce that Ki Yoong's painting For you, I disappear, 2025 has been acquired by the Government Art Collection, UK. The work was recently included in the exhibition The Shape of Things at Workplace, London.
The Government Art Collection, established in 1899, is a national collection of historic, modern and contemporary British art that is displayed in government buildings in the UK and around the world. These locations include 10 and 11 Downing Street, government departments, embassies and the residences of British Ambassadors, High Commissioners and Consulates-General in over 125 countries worldwide.
Its 15,000 works of art promote British art, history and culture worldwide. The work will join the permanent collection alongside artists including Barbara Hepworth, Bridget Riley, Lucian Freud, Yinka Shonibare, Lubaina Himid, Rachel Whiteread, Damien Hirst, and Tracey Emin.
